Lauren has taught indoor cycling classes for more than five years and works professionally as a clinical dietitian. She builds her classes with high intensity intervals that are challenging for endurance athletes but modifiable for all fitness levels. Her workouts are designed to help you improve on speed, endurance, and power, with music and lots of motivation. She believes that indoor cycling is the perfect workout for burning off stress in addition to a ton of calories, and it never stops being fun!
